- Virtual Consultation: A virtual meeting to discuss your needs, preferences, and birth options, empowering you to make informed decisions. In addition, you will receive documents containing evidence-based articles and research to further enhance your understanding of various aspects of childbirth.
- Personalized Birth Plan: Following our consultation, you will receive a comprehensive PDF Birth Plan. This document serves as a guide for your preferences and can be printed and shared with your medical providers.
*A birth plan is a document that outlines your preferences and wishes for the labor and delivery process. While it's important to recognize that birth can be unpredictable, a birth plan serves several valuable purposes.

Pregnancy:
- Two prenatal meetings, either in person or virtually, to thoroughly prepare you for both the birthing process and the postpartum period. *Birth Plan package included*
Labor:
- 24/7 on-call labor support starting from week 37 of your pregnancy.
- Continuous assistance and support throughout your labor.
Postpartum:
- 2-4 hours of immediate post-birth support.
- Guidance and support with breastfeeding, should you choose to breastfeed.
- One postpartum follow-up meeting, typically conducted in your home, approximately one week after the birth.

- On-Call Support: 24/7 virtual on-call availability starting from week 37 of your pregnancy for labor-related inquiries and guidance.
- Virtual Presence: Continuous virtual support during labor through video calls, messages, and guidance for comfort measures.
Postpartum Assistance:
- Immediate Post-Birth Support: Up to 2 hours of virtual support immediately following the birth, offering guidance on early postpartum care.
- Breastfeeding Guidance: Virtual assistance and support with breastfeeding, should you choose to breastfeed.
- Postpartum Follow-Up: One virtual postpartum follow-up meeting to check in on your well-being and address any postpartum concerns.
